Cold Outreach Agent
Give it a prospect and your offer — it researches an angle and writes the cold email and follow-ups.
01 · The opportunity
What it set out to solve
Cold outreach works, but doing it well is slow: research each prospect, find an angle, write something genuinely personal, then chase with follow-ups. Most teams skip the personalisation or skip the follow-ups — and results die either way.
02 · The approach
How I thought about it
I framed it as an agent with a job: take a prospect and an offer, pick a relevant angle, and produce a personalised email plus a follow-up sequence in seconds. The founder keeps control of tone; the agent does the grunt work.
03 · What I built
- Prospect + offer inputs with a one-click sample
- A visible agent loop: research → angle → draft → follow-ups
- Personalised email with tone control (direct / friendly / founder-to-founder)
- Subject-line options and a timed two-step follow-up sequence
- One-click copy for every piece

What changed
A working agent demo that turns a blank page into a ready-to-send sequence in seconds — the kind of outreach and ops agents I build into clients' stacks.
Run the agent.
Give it a prospect and your offer (or use the sample) and watch it research, draft and build a follow-up sequence — right here in your browser. Nothing is sent; nothing leaves the page.

The questions I'd get asked about this, and my answers
Is this demo using a live LLM?
No — deliberately. It composes from proven cold-email frameworks entirely in your browser, so there's nothing to sign up for and no data leaves the page. In a client build the same interface is wired to a live LLM that researches the prospect (their site, LinkedIn, recent news) and writes in your voice.
Why show the research → angle → draft → follow-ups steps?
Because that's the real shape of an agent: a sequence of steps toward a goal, not one magic box. Showing the steps makes it legible — a founder can see where their judgment plugs in and where the agent takes over.
How would this run for real, day to day?
Connected to your CRM or a lead list: it enriches each prospect, drafts the sequence, and either queues it for your approval or sends and follows up on a schedule. You review; it does the typing.
